Historic areas and sites often require context sensitive design, thoughtful planning practices and creative mitigation measures. BF&S is pleased to now offer services in historic preservation planning and compliance. Our qualified staff has many years of experience working with preservation organizations and local communities in order to achieve cohesive solutions to preservation sensitive areas. BF&S meets INDOT standards for prequalification under 5.10 for Historic Architectural Investigations and has staff listed on the Qualified Professionals Roster for Architectural History maintained by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology.
