Our Culture

Professional development at BF&S goes beyond project work. Our Emerging Professionals group is shaped by the employees it serves, with monthly sessions featuring internal panels, presentations, guest speakers, networking, and other topics driven by employee interests and questions. The purpose of the program is to help employees better understand the broader business, explore potential career paths, and build meaningful connections across the company. By bringing employees together with colleagues from different disciplines, roles, and levels of experience, the program provides perspectives they may not encounter in their day-to-day work. Combined with one-on-one mentorship, these experiences help employees navigate their careers, strengthen collaboration, and prepare for future opportunities within BF&S.
