We are excited to share the promotions of Andrea Langille, PE, PMP; Brad King, PE; and Josh Smith to Vice President! In this role, they will work alongside other members of BF&S’s Business Council to identify and advance opportunities for strategic growth, enhance employee training and benefits, and address company-wide initiatives.

As Department Head of our Indianapolis Road Department, Andrea has strengthened her team by driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Under her leadership, the department has achieved steady gains in performance and efficiency.

Brad King, recently named Major Project Director, has been instrumental in leading complex pursuits and major inspection projects for clients such as INDOT and IndyGo. His ability to build high-performing teams and maintain trusted relationships positions the firm for continued success on the Blue Line and future large-scale initiatives.

Leading our Parks & Greenways Department, Josh has expanded opportunities for the firm through his strong client and industry connections. His adaptive leadership and talent-focused approach have strengthened the department’s growth and demonstrated how diverse skill sets can elevate project delivery.
