Celebrating the Retirements of Gary Nulliner and Michael Carlson

At the end of March 2025, Gary Nulliner retired from our Water Resources Department after an amazing 41 years of service, and Michael Carlson retired from our Survey Department after 34 years! Their dedication, expertise, and mentorship have left a lasting impression – not just on our company, but on the many colleagues and friends they’ve worked with over the years!
