BF&S Celebrates Grand Opening of Marian University's E.S. Witchger School of Engineering

BF&S leadership celebrated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the E.S. Witchger School of Engineering building at Marian University. As part of BF&S’s mission to inspire a new generation of engineers, we played an active role in creating this new program with the naming of the Butler, Fairman & Seufert Civil Engineer Lab and the John and Carmel Brand Conference Room.

BF&S was joined by over 400 attendees at the building dedication, including Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb, Speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives Todd Huston, and Indiana Secretary of Education Dr. Katie Jenner.

The E.S. Witchger School of Engineering Center is a state-of-the-art facility that features advanced technology and equipment, collaborative spaces, and a hands-on learning environment. The school offers degrees in biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, and mechanical engineering as well as engineering physics. Marian University projects that the program will grow to nearly 500 enrolled students by 2030.

This is a significant milestone for the engineering industry in the state of Indiana, and BF&S is proud to invest in future innovators who will contribute to the advancements of our communities.
