BF&S is pleased to name Michelle Watts, PE, PS, as the Lafayette Site Design Department Head. With an exceptional track record in site and survey work and a proven history of leadership, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to the role. As Lafayette Site Design Department Head, Michelle will spearhead project management, design implementation, and client satisfaction for BF&S’s extensive site portfolio.

Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, having successfully managed a diverse range of projects across various sectors. Her deep-rooted commitment to fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams undoubtedly accelerated the growth and success of our Lafayette Site Design Department, which was added as a BF&S service line in 2020.
