BF&S provided the funding assistance, conceptual layout, survey, design, utility coordination, right-of-way services, and construction inspection of the 93rd Avenue Intersection Improvement Project and Erie Lackawanna Trailhead.

The location was the sight of many accidents, including driver and pedestrian fatalities. The project corrected the safety issues through the construction of a roundabout and trailhead.
